We are a UK-registered and based data controller. We comply with the Data Protection act 2018, and the General Data Protection Regulation.

Mailing List

We collect your name and email address to enable us to send you emails and keep you updated on the work of  Task Personnel Solutions Ltd as well as sharing news and sales offers.

The option to unsubscribe from our mailing list is at the bottom of our emails if you wish to do so. You alternatively can contact us directly at service@taskps.com.

If you wish to unsubscribe from any of our mailing lists at any time then please email us at service@taskps.com. 

Under data protection legislation, you have the right to request access to information that we hold about you, the right to have information rectified, the right for your information to be erased and the right to restrict or object to your personal data being processed by us.

The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

• your business name;

How we get personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• you enter your information to receive our free or paid offerings;

• and/or you enter your information to signup to our newsletter;

• and/or you enter your information to get a strategy assessment call.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored via the Squarespace / CRM tools.

We will keep your personal information for 5 years. We will then dispose of your information by removing it from our records.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

• Your right of access - you have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

• Your right to rectification - you have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

• Your right to erasure - you have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

• Your right to restriction of processing - you have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

• Your right to object to processing - you have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

• Your right to data portability - you have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

• You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 GBP if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

SUBMISSION OF CONTENT; COMMENTS, IMAGES, VIDEOS AND OTHER CONTENT

For any content you provide to Task Personnel Solutions Ltd, on or by the Site, or otherwise disclose, submit or offer in connection with your use of this Site or other websites such as Facebook Instagram or YouTube that may interact with this Site, including comments, ideas, images, photographs, video clips, audio clips, graphics, tags, data, materials, information, and other submissions, including submissions with any hashtags related (collectively, 'User Content'), you specifically grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, fully paid up, worldwide license (but not the obligation) to use any User Content that you post on or in connection withTask Personnel Solutions Ltd (“IP License”). You are also granting us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, fully paid up, worldwide license (but not the obligation) to use your name, likeness, personality, voice, or any other materials or information you provide to Task Personnel Solutions Ltd in connection with your content.

Task Personnel Solutions Ltd is not and shall not be under any obligation (1) to maintain any User Content in confidence; (2) to pay you any compensation for any User Content; (3) to credit or acknowledge you for User Content; or (4) to respond to any User Content.

You understand and agree that it is your obligation to make sure the User Content you submit to the Site must not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s). You also understand and agree that User Content you submit to the Site must not be and will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material in Task Personnel Solutions Ltd’s sole discretion. By participating in Site sweepstakes, contests, promotions, Giveaways and/or requesting promotional information or product updates, you agree that Task Personnel Solutions Ltd may use your information for marketing and promotional purposes.

When you publish content or information using the “Public” setting, it means that you are allowing everyone, including other Website users, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e. your name and profile picture). We advise that you never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else (telephone number, home address, business address, delivery address or email address or any other details that would allow you to be personally identified).

Telephone Communiction

Call Recording and Monitoring. You acknowledge that telephone calls, Online Calls, Webinars, Teaching Sessions (Online) to or from Task Personnel Solutions Ltd, together with its agents, and independent contractors, and, may be monitored and recorded and you agree to such monitoring and recording.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service.

You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Responding to our advertisement

Depending on the role you have applied for, you will send the Task Personnel Solutions Ltd:

• a completed application form

• a covering email/letter

• your CV

• personal references

• Personal ID information

Therefore, when responding to an advertisement for a vacancy at the Company, you will provide us with your personal data.

When sending us the above documents, you are providing us with your personal data. This data will be used in our recruitment process to determine whether you are suitable for the vacancy.

Data we process from your application form

Your personal data will be collected at various stages of the recruitment exercise, depending on the role you have applied for. During the course of the recruitment exercise, you will provide Task Personnel Solutions Ltd with:

• data relating to your identity

• data relating to your immigration history

• data relating to your previous employment and experience

• data relating to your qualifications

• data relating to any interests you have that may conflict with the activities of the company

• data relating to the references you have provided

Why do we process your personal data?

Under paragraph 17 of Schedule 5 to the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (as amended), the Commissioner may appoint staff that they consider appropriate for the vacancy. We must therefore process your personal data to determine and ensure that you are suitable for the role.

Therefore, as a public body, it is necessary for us to process your data as described in this notice in the exercise of official authority vested in us (Article 6 UK GDPR).

Task Personnel Solutions staff must be eligible to work in the UK whilst employed at the Company. Therefore, as part of this process, we must determine whether you are eligible to work in the UK, pursuant to our statutory obligations under (but not limited to):

• the Freedom of Movement Directive (2004/38/EC)
